Ajax WaterStop Jeweller 3/4" – Remote Wireless Smart Water Shut-Off Valve (White, 9NA)

Product Overview

The Ajax WaterStop Jeweller 3/4" (SKU: 52974.155.WH3, 9NA region frequency) is an automated remote-controlled water shut-off valve designed to prevent catastrophic flooding and water damage in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Consisting of a heavy-duty Bonomi 3/4" (DN 20) brass ball valve and a high-torque electric actuator, WaterStop automatically cuts off the water supply in as little as 5 seconds upon receiving an alert from linked Ajax LeaksProtect detectors or automated security scenarios.

Operating over the secure Jeweller wireless radio protocol across open-space distances up to 1,100 meters (3,600 ft), WaterStop can also be controlled manually via a mechanical lever, an onboard button, or remotely through the Ajax smartphone app. Powered autonomously for up to 3 years on pre-installed CR123A lithium batteries (with optional support for external 9-12 VDC auxiliary power), it features anti-sticking periodic cycling and anti-tamper sabotage protection in a clean white finish.

Key System Features & Functionality

• Rapid Automated Water Shut-Off: Automatically shuts off water flow in just 5 seconds upon water leak detection (via LeaksProtect) or arming scenarios.

• High-Quality Bonomi 3/4" Valve: Includes an industrial-grade Bonomi 3/4" (DN 20) hot and cold water ball valve supporting working pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi) and temperatures up to +120°C.

• High-Torque Electric Actuator: Generates up to 10 N · m of torque to smoothly rotate and seal stuck or encrusted valves.

• Anti-Sticking Automated Prevention: Configurable periodic valve cycling (up to once a week) prevents limescale accumulation and mechanical jamming.

• Triple Control Options: Operates automatically via Ajax scenarios, remotely via the Ajax app, or manually via the physical button / mechanical override lever.

• Dual Power Architecture: Runs completely wire-free for up to 3 years on 4 x CR123A lithium batteries or connects to external 9-12 VDC power.

• Grade 2 Sabotage & Tamper Defense: Enclosure includes an anti-dismantle locking pin and integrated tamper switch that reports unlatching or removal directly to the Ajax app and CMS.
