The ITRS28V-28HS is an ultra-high-definition 8 Megapixel (4K) outdoor fixed-focal turret/eyeball network IP camera engineered for commercial, enterprise, and high-end residential surveillance deployments requiring high-clarity video and interactive audio communication. Equipped with a high-resolution 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS image sensor and an expansive 2.8 mm wide-angle fixed lens, the camera delivers sharp, fluid video at 3840 × 2160 resolution at up to 30 fps with an expansive horizontal field of view.

Featuring intelligent Smart Dual Light technology, the camera provides dynamic 24/7 night surveillance by pairing covert infrared LEDs with warm white light illuminators up to 40 meters (131.2 ft). In standard conditions, it operates using stealth IR illumination; when human or vehicular activity is detected, it automatically switches to warm white lighting to record forensic full-color footage. The camera features a complete two-way audio system with an integrated high-sensitivity microphone and built-in loudspeaker, allowing live interactive talk-down. Additional capabilities include 120 dB True WDR, 3D Digital Noise Reduction (3D NR), an integrated MicroSD card slot (up to 256 GB), and a rugged IP67 weatherproof housing with standard PoE (802.3af) and 12V DC power support.
