Paradox RX1-K9A (RX1) Wireless Receiver Module

The Paradox RX1-K9A (RX1) is an official entry-level wireless receiver module designed to add wireless transmitter capabilities to Paradox Spectra SP control panels (SP4000, SP5500, SP6000, SP7000). By connecting directly to the panel's 4-wire serial bus, it enables the integration of up to 32 wireless zones, 16 remote control keyfobs (such as REM1, REM15, REM25, or REM101), and wireless transmitters. Compact and easy to install, it provides a cost-effective path to hybrid wired/wireless security setups.

Key System Features & Functionality

• 32 Wireless Zone Expansion: Allows Spectra SP series panels to support up to 32 wireless security detectors (motion, door contacts, smoke detectors).

• Supports up to 16 Wireless Remotes: Pairs with up to 16 Paradox 1-way and 2-way wireless keyfobs for remote system arming, disarming, and PGM triggering.

• Transmitter Signal Strength Display: Features on-board signal strength LED indicators to verify wireless coverage during device enrollment and site testing.

• RF Jamming & Interference Supervision: Continuously monitors the RF spectrum for interference or intentional jamming signals and reports events directly to the panel.

• Low Battery & Tamper Supervision: Transmits complete diagnostic status for all paired wireless detectors, including low battery warnings and tamper conditions.

• Simple 4-Wire Panel Bus Connection: Plugs directly into the Spectra SP panel bus for streamlined power and data communications.
