The 300766 2U Cantilever Rack Shelf is a rugged, high-capacity equipment tray engineered to accommodate heavier non-rackmountable IT and security hardware inside standard 19-inch equipment racks and enclosures. Built with a 2U rack height and a 12-inch (305 mm) usable depth, this shelf offers substantially higher structural rigidity and weight capacity than standard 1U shelves, making it the ideal solution for deeper desktop equipment that requires a solid cantilever mount without relying on rear support rails.

Constructed from 1.5 mm heavy-duty cold-rolled commercial-grade SPCC steel, the shelf supports loads of up to 55 lbs (25 kg) without warping or bowing under continuous duty. The bottom tray surface features an integrated slotted ventilation pattern designed to optimize natural convective airflow, dissipating heat away from active electronics such as desktop NVRs, CCTV monitor bases, power backup modules, network audio amplifiers, and multi-port PoE injectors. Finished with an electrostatic matte black powder coat, it mounts cleanly onto any standard EIA-310 compliant 2-post or 4-post rack or wall-mount enclosure using standard M6 cage nuts and screws.
