The HM-950 8MP Passive UTP Video Balun is a high-definition analog impedance matching transceiver engineered to convert unbalanced 75 Ω coaxial video signals into balanced 100 Ω signals for transmission over unshielded twisted pair (UTP Cat5e / Cat6) structured cabling. Supporting resolutions up to 8MP / 4K Ultra HD, this passive transceiver enables long-range video transmission across HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and legacy CVBS camera formats without requiring external power.

Designed for rapid field deployment, the HM-950 incorporates a tool-free spring-actuated push-pin terminal block, allowing technicians to terminate stripped UTP conductor pairs securely in seconds without screwdrivers. Its integrated flexible mini-coaxial pigtail cable relieves mechanical stress on camera pigtails and high-density DVR backplanes, allowing multiple BNC connections to sit side-by-side without port crowding. Built inside an impact-resistant ABS plastic housing with built-in transient surge protection (TVS / ESD) and 60 dB cross-talk/noise immunity, it delivers clean, interference-free 4K surveillance video over standard networking cable infrastructure.
