The ITRL28P-28HSAD is an ultra-high-definition 8 Megapixel (4K) outdoor fixed-focal turret/eyeball network IP camera engineered with Active Deterrence technology for high-risk perimeter, commercial, and high-end residential surveillance deployments. Designed to stop crimes before they occur, this camera combines proactive visual and acoustic countermeasures. When an unauthorized target crosses a tripwire or enters an intrusion zone, it automatically triggers a flashing red and blue warning strobe light and a high-decibel security siren (or customizable voice prompt), while supporting real-time full-duplex two-way audio through its integrated speaker and microphone.

Equipped with a high-resolution 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS image sensor and an expansive 2.8 mm wide-angle fixed lens, the camera delivers razor-sharp video at 3840 × 2160 resolution at up to 30 fps. It integrates an intelligent Smart Dual Light illumination system, projecting stealth infrared night vision in standby mode and automatically deploying warm white illumination up to 40 meters (131.2 ft) upon event detection to capture evidentiary full-color video. Built-in AI algorithms provide SMD (Smart Motion Detection) human and vehicle classification, cutting out false alarms from leaves, weather, or animals. The unit includes 120 dB True WDR, an on-board MicroSD card slot (supporting up to 256 GB), and a rugged IP67 weatherproof housing with standard PoE (802.3af) and 12V DC power.
