Sold as a matched two-piece kit (transmitter and receiver pigtails), this balun consolidates video and low-voltage power transmission onto a single structured network cable, eliminating the need for expensive, bulky Siamese RG59 coaxial cables and reducing installation labor across commercial and residential CCTV retrofits.

Engineered with high-grade impedance matching transformers (75-Ohm BNC to 100-Ohm UTP balanced conversion), the GV-1701VDC supports all four major analog formats: HDCVI, HDTVI, AHD, and legacy CVBS, handling high-resolution video streams from 720p, 1080p, 4MP, 5MP, and up to 4K / 8MP. The transmitter pigtail features a male BNC plug, a male 2.1 × 5.5 mm DC power plug (for the camera side), and an 8P8C RJ45 modular jack. The receiver pigtail provides a male BNC plug (for the DVR/XVR), a female 2.1 × 5.5 mm DC power jack (for the power supply side), and an RJ45 modular jack. Equipped with built-in Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) with 60dB cross-talk and noise immunity, it suppresses line interference and safeguards cameras against transient power spikes.
