Product Overview

The Ajax WallSwitch  is a wireless power relay with integrated electricity consumption monitoring designed for remote appliance automation and electrical load control. Installed discreetly inside standard European/standard electrical back boxes, junction boxes, or distribution boards, it allows users to switch connected 110–240 VAC household or commercial appliances (up to 3 kW / 13 A) on and off remotely via the Ajax mobile app or automated scenarios.

Operating via the proprietary Jeweller wireless radio protocol, WallSwitch communicates with the Ajax Hub across distances up to 1,000 meters in open space. Equipped with real-time tracking of voltage, current, and energy consumption, along with built-in multi-stage protection against voltage surges, overheating, and current overloads, it transforms conventional appliances into safe, intelligent, energy-efficient devices.

• Remote 110–240 VAC Power Control: Switches domestic appliances, lighting circuits, water heaters, pumps, and electric gates on/off via the Ajax app, keypads, or automation scenarios.

• Real-Time Energy Metering: Monitors energy consumption, voltage levels, current load, and total power usage (W \ h) in real time through the Ajax mobile application.

• Flexible Automation Scenarios: Executes actions automatically based on system arming/disarming, alarm triggers, scheduled timers, or button clicks.

• Comprehensive Safety Protections: Features built-in hardware protection against overvoltage (> 264 VAC), undervoltage (< 161 VAC), overcurrent (> 13 A), and overheating (> +65°C).

• Jeweller Long-Range Wireless: Encrypted two-way radio link operating up to 1,000 meters (3,300 ft) line-of-sight with automatic frequency hopping and jamming resistance.

• Compact In-Wall Design: Miniature dimensions permit straightforward installation inside standard wall flush-mount electrical junction boxes.
