The Paradox 780MRC-P2C (780MRC) is an official weather protection canopy engineered specifically for the Paradox NV780M / NV780MX Outdoor Dual-Side Curtain Detector Series. Featuring an extended "Service Open" upper canopy design, it shields the detector's dual optical lenses, active anti-masking sensors, and top housing seam from direct rain, snow accumulation, hail, and extreme sunlight glare—ensuring continuous detection accuracy and reducing false anti-masking alarms in heavy downpours.

Key System Features & Functionality 

• Extended "Service Open" Canopy: Features an open-front upper brow that provides full optical rain protection while allowing service technicians clear visual access to LED indicators and top adjustment dials without removing the cover.

• Anti-Masking Protection: Prevents water droplets or heavy ice build-up from settling over the infrared anti-masking optical lenses, which could otherwise trigger nuisance trouble signals.
