Paradox PS25-E9R 2.8A Supervised Power Supply Board

The Paradox PS25-E9R is a high-efficiency 2.8A supervised power supply module designed to deliver auxiliary power and dynamic battery charging for Paradox security, access control, and expansion devices. Connecting directly to the 4-wire combus line of Paradox Digiplex EVO, Spectra SP, and Magellan MG panels, the PS25 provides standalone monitored power, preventing excessive voltage drops across long wire runs in large commercial or residential installations.

Featuring advanced microprocessor-driven supervision, the PS25-E9R continuously monitors AC power presence, auxiliary output status, battery voltage levels, and battery connection integrity. It automatically handles battery charging with deep discharge protection and includes onboard LED status indicators, dual anti-tamper protection, and 1 programmable PGM output for localized power trouble signaling.

• 2.8A Total Power Output: Delivers up to 2.5A of auxiliary power for system devices and up to 1.2A dedicated battery charging current.

• Full System Supervision: Continuously reports AC failure, battery disconnect, low battery voltage, and auxiliary overload troubles directly to the main control panel.

• 4-Wire Combus Interface: Connects directly to the 4-wire keypad/expansion bus on Paradox EVO, Spectra SP, and Magellan MG panels.

• Dynamic Battery Charger: Microprocessor-controlled charging circuit supports 12 VDC 7Ah or 14Ah sealed lead-acid backup batteries with deep discharge protection.

• 1 Onboard PGM Output: Features 1 low-current relay/PGM output for local trouble indication or automated power transfer signaling.

• Dual Anti-Tamper Switch: Onboard cover and wall tamper switches trigger immediate panel alerts if the enclosure is opened or detached.
