- Description
The Paradox VDMP3-G2K is a compact, plug-in voice dialer module designed to enable direct automated voice reporting and remote telephone control for Paradox security systems. Connecting directly onto the main circuit board of compatible Spectra SP, Magellan MG, EVO control panels, or PCS250 cellular modules, the VDMP3 transforms standard telephone lines or cellular channels into an interactive voice response (IVR) station. It dials up to 5 programmable phone numbers (or up to 8 on EVO panels) to deliver pre-recorded voice alerts in clear English upon intrusion, fire, or technical alarm events.
Engineered for English-speaking markets and international deployments ("G2K" variant), the module allows users to call into their security system remotely using any landline or mobile phone. Through a secure DTMF tone menu, users can remotely check system status, arm or disarm partitions, and manage programmable outputs (PGMs) to control external devices like gates, lighting, or heating systems.
