The OEM IPC-HDW3449H-AS-PV-S4 is a high-security 4 Megapixel outdoor fixed-focal eyeball network IP camera featuring advanced TiOC (Three-in-One Camera) Active Deterrence technology. Engineered for high-risk perimeter, commercial, and residential video surveillance deployments, this camera moves beyond passive recording by actively deterring intruders in real time. Upon intrusion or tripwire breach, it automatically triggers a flashing red and blue warning strobe and an audible security siren or customizable voice warning, while simultaneously providing full-duplex two-way audio via an integrated high-power speaker and dual microphones.

Equipped with a high-performance 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor and an expansive 2.8 mm wide-angle lens, the camera delivers sharp, fluid video at 2688 × 1520 resolution at 30 fps. Built on an advanced deep-learning platform, it incorporates SMD Plus (Smart Motion Detection Plus) and Perimeter Protection to accurately classify human and vehicle targets, dramatically cutting false alarms. Featuring intelligent Smart Dual Light technology, the camera illuminates up to 30 meters (98.4 ft) using stealth infrared illumination in standard standby and automatically engages warm white illumination during alarm events to record forensic full-color footage. It includes hardware-level 120 dB True WDR, 3D Digital Noise Reduction (3D NR), an on-board MicroSD card slot (up to 256 GB), 1 alarm I/O / 1 audio I/O interfaces, and a rugged IP67 weatherproof housing with PoE (802.3af) support.
