The Paradox SP5500PLUS-D6Q is an upgraded, high-efficiency 5 to 32-zone security control panel PCB belonging to the modern Spectra SP+ series. Engineered for medium-to-large residential and commercial security installations, the SP5500PLUS provides 5 hardwired zone inputs on-board (expandable to 10 zones using Zone Doubling / ATZ) and up to 32 zones total via hardwired (ZX8) or wireless expansion modules (RTX3 / RX1).

Compared to legacy Spectra boards, the SP+ architecture features enhanced processing speeds, lower standby power consumption, and expanded auxiliary power output (up to 700 mA with automatic shutdown protection). Supporting Paradox's patented StayD mode for continuous 24/7 perimeter security, 2 independent partitions, 32 user codes, and 2 onboard PGMs, the SP5500PLUS offers full compatibility with modern IP communication modules (IP180 / IP150+), cellular LTE dialers (PCS series), and plug-in voice modules (VDMP3). The "D6Q" variant is supplied as a standalone printed circuit board (PCB only) without a metal enclosure cabinet, perfect for system modernizations, retrofit upgrades, or custom enclosure setups.
