SIAMESE CABLE WHITE RG59U 95% 18/2 500FT CCA

Product Overview

The CW5918W-2 Siamese Coaxial Cable is a dual-jacketed composite cabling solution engineered specifically for closed-circuit television (CCTV) analog high-definition video installations. Combining a standard 75-Ohm RG59U coaxial transmission line alongside an integrated 18 AWG 2-conductor (18/2) stranded low-voltage power pair, this Siamese configuration allows security integrators to run both camera video signal and 12V DC / 24V AC operating power in a single, coordinated cable pull. Supplied on a durable 500-foot (152-meter) wooden spool, it streamlines field routing through walls, ceilings, and conduit runs while cutting installation time in half.

Constructed with a 20 AWG Copper-Clad Aluminum (CCA) center conductor and wrapped in high-density foam polyethylene (FPE) dielectric insulation, the video core delivers crisp transmission for HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD, and legacy CVBS analog signals. A heavy-duty 95% coverage bare CCA braided shield provides shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) from nearby high-voltage electrical lines and fluorescent ballasts. The parallel 18/2 stranded power wire features color-coded red (positive) and black (negative) conductors designed for minimal voltage drop over medium-range CCTV runs. Bound in a durable, architectural white PVC jacket with a zip-cord separation groove, the cable strips cleanly for quick BNC compression, crimp, or twist-on terminations and screw-terminal power plug connections.

✅ Key Features

• Combined Video & Power in One Cable: Siamese zip-cord profile routes 75 $\Omega$ RG59 coaxial video and 18/2 power simultaneously, eliminating separate cable drops.

• 500FT (152m) Wooden Reel: Packaged on a sturdy spool for smooth dispensing without kinks, knots, or spool collapse on active job sites.

• 95% High-Density Braided Shield: Heavy braid coverage suppresses crosstalk, ground loops, and electrical EMI/RFI noise from lighting and machinery.

• Optimized for HD Coaxial Video: Fully compatible with 5MP, 4MP, 1080P, and 720P HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD, and CVBS analog security systems.

• Heavy-Gauge 18/2 Power Conductors: 18 AWG stranded power wires deliver 12V DC or 24V AC power with reduced voltage drop over long runs compared to thinner gauge cables.

• Easy-Peel Siamese Separation: Integrated jacket webbing allows clean, tool-less splitting of the power pair from the coaxial lead at termination points.

• Clean Architectural White Jacket: Non-intrusive white PVC finish blends seamlessly along painted walls, interior trim, baseboards, and open commercial ceilings.

• Universal Connector Compatibility: Works with standard RG59 BNC compression connectors, twist-on/crimp BNCs, and 2.1 mm DC barrel pigtails.
