Built to withstand demanding environmental conditions, the 907948 features an industrial UV-stabilized Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE/PE) outer jacket designed to resist solar degradation, extreme temperature swings, moisture ingress, and soil acidity. It utilizes a clean gel-free dry water-blocking tape/core wrap (No Gel), eliminating sticky gel cleanup during termination while maintaining moisture barrier protection. An internal high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cross spline (central pair separator) isolates the twisted pairs to drastically suppress Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) and maintain signal integrity over long Gigabit (1000BASE-T) and 10-Gigabit (10GBASE-T) network links.
