The IPF-B42ILM-A-28 (DH-IPC-HFW2449SP-S-IL-0280B) is a high-performance 4 Megapixel outdoor fixed-focal bullet network IP camera engineered for commercial, perimeter, and critical residential video surveillance deployments. Equipped with an advanced 1/2.9" progressive scan CMOS image sensor and a 2.8 mm wide-angle lens, this camera delivers crisp, detailed video at 2688 × 1520 resolution at 20 fps (and up to 2560 × 1440 at 25/30 fps) with an expansive horizontal field of view.
Featuring intelligent Smart Dual Light technology, the camera provides dynamic night surveillance by combining invisible infrared surveillance with vibrant full-color illumination. In standard darkness, it monitors discreetly using IR LEDs; upon target detection (human/vehicle) by an analytics rule, it automatically triggers warm white light illuminators up to 30 meters (98.4 ft) to record full-color evidentiary details. The unit incorporates hardware-level 120 dB True WDR to conquer extreme backlighting and glare, 3D Digital Noise Reduction (3D NR), a built-in high-sensitivity microphone, and an on-board MicroSD card slot (up to 256 GB). Housed in a durable all-metal IP67 weatherproof enclosure, it operates reliably across harsh outdoor conditions from -40°C to +60°C and supports both standard PoE (802.3af) and 12V DC power.
